Searing BBQ Block

A 1.5 × 8 × 8 inch square Himalayan pink salt BBQ cooking block, the standard format for grilling, searing and salt-curing directly on the barbecue, oven or stovetop. Cut from solid Khewra-origin Himalayan pink salt and surface-machined for even food contact, it delivers the signature mineral-salt flavour and visual pink surface that define salt-plank cooking, while the 1.5-inch thickness provides the thermal mass to hold even heat through a full cooking cycle, suitable for fish fillets, steaks, vegetables, shrimp and other proteins — food-safe, ISO 22000 certified and EU EC 1935/2004 food-contact compliant. The block can be used repeatedly with proper care and regenerates between uses.
